1. Overview

This website (greenlove.nz) is operated by Greenlove NZ. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Greenlove NZ. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Live Plants & Specimen Photographs

Unless explicitly stated in the product description as a “representative photo” or “similar plant”, the photos displayed on our listings are of the exact individual plant you will receive.

Where listings indicate a plant is “similar to photo”, natural variations in size, leaf patterning, and variegation are to be expected.

3. Pricing, Stock & System Errors

All prices listed on greenlove.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We reserve the right to modify prices or modify/discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, with inaccurate stock numbers, or is otherwise unavailable due to a system error or stock inventory discrepancy, Greenlove NZ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that item.
  • If an order is canceled due to an inventory or pricing error after payment has been processed, we will notify you immediately and either issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer a suitable replacement product upon your agreement.

4. Orders & Dispatch

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Shipping schedules and delivery timescales are estimates. Dispatch times may vary or be intentionally delayed based on weather conditions to protect live plant transit safety across New Zealand.

5. Limitation of Liability & Post-Delivery Care

Delivery & Arrival: Transit, damage, and arrival claims are governed by our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds Policies.

Post-Delivery Care: Because live plants are subject to individual post-delivery environments (lighting, watering, and management), Greenlove NZ is not liable for ongoing plant survival, growth rates, or variegation changes post-delivery.

Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, our legal liability for any order is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

6. Intellectual Property & Website Content

All content published on greenlove.nz – including photographs, product images, brand graphics, logos, product descriptions, and site layout – is the exclusive intellectual property of Greenlove NZ and is protected under New Zealand and international copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized Use Prohibited: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, scrap, distribute, or commercially exploit any photographs, text, or assets from this website without prior written permission from Greenlove NZ.
  • Enforcement: Unauthorized use of our plant imagery or copyrighted material for commercial purposes, re-listing on third-party platforms, or fraudulent sales constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate enforcement action, including takedown requests and legal proceedings where appropriate.
